Vanity Kiss Boutique, a women's clothing boutique in Atlanta, GA, contacted us to develop a digital marketing strategy and have us manage their social media as they launched their online retail store. In the 30 days leading up to the launch we laid the foundation of their brand by creating branding materials for their social media channels and website.
The official launch was on Valentine's day and it was a great success! In the days following the launch we watched their newsleter subscribers grow daily and began running email campaigns for sales and announcements. Every brand has a unique language and we wanted Vanity Kiss to do the same. As a way to connect with their customers we began calling them VK divas. This set them apart and invited them to be part of a bigger community of shoppers who support the brand.
Growing on social media was our next focus. Thankfully Vanity Kiss Boutique had a solid base to begin with, and we weren't starting completely from scratch. In the days following the launch we posted graphics with sales and other announcements to the Vanity Kiss Boutique Instagram page. It was important to establish consistency with our followers so that we remain in their algorithim. As long as we continue to post they will continue to see us in their feed. In our strategy we highlighted some content ideas that were trending in the retail/clothing space. By producing these types of content it kept their followers engaged and help drive sales and traffic to their website. As we established ourselves, we began running ads tailored by demographics and locations we received the most engagement from. This resulted in an increase of followers, website traffic, and newsletter subscribers.
The following presentation is a glimpse into the first 90 days of their digital marketing campaign where we were able to make over 43,000 impressions on social media, increase web traffic by 1000%, and establish a target audience seen through engagement analytics on their website and social media channels.
